The Misinformed at the Gym

While Blain is the gym rat, I’ve been going off and on since sophomore year of college.  Since Thanksgiving I’m back on a 4 day a week schedule.  

My routine consists of a light weight/high rep day,  Low rep/high weight day, rotational movements day, and basic core.  I usually run for 25 minutes on the non weight lifting days.

Pretty simple and very effective.  I concentrate ridiculously hard on form during all the workouts, especially the low weight day.  And that brings me to my point.

I can’t believe some people’s workouts: Fast movement, bad form, high weight. I really wonder where they have learned to work out like this.  I know it can get frustrating when you plateau but hurting yourself is not the answer.
